Orders accepted by OH37 are subject to cancellation by Buyer only upon the express written consent of OH37. Upon such cancellation and consent, OH37 shall cease work and hold for Buyer all completed, partially completed articles, work in progress. The Buyer shall pay OH37: for all work and materials that have been committed to and/or identified to Buyer’s order plus a cancellation charge as prescribed by OH37.
