Overview

As the world entered the Global pandemic, the demand for communicating and interacting virtually became a necessity. Our clients tasked OH37 with creating a secure and immersive online experience that would support with the pandemic response..

OH37 responded with the creation and development of an online virtual platform that allows users to customize the space, incorporate data and provide virtual guests with access to valuable content.

The platform also enables the deployment of live webinar sessions using multiple streaming and webinar options, coupled with secure access and entry into the virtual event spaces.

The platform was designed to communicate and to enable guests to explore the virtual spaces, and engage with live hosts, sales teams, or guest speakers. Guests could attend the webinar sessions and explore the event space to encounter content, product information, and live video call engagement with specialists.

This custom developed space with its robust back end allows admin users to change and update the event space, using the platform to deploy different virtual experiences, while custom creating a guest journey that fits with the event theme.
