Overview
The following case study highlights some of our webinar productions. OH37 was tasked with planning, and providing guests with a themed experience, organizing the webinars, the live operations, and the post webinar videos.
The webinar experience began with pre-event communication on various social media and private platforms. Each themed with its own Key visual and communications graphic assets. Raising awareness and ensuring guest registration to the upcoming webinars.
An animated graphics pack was designed, animated and deployed at the webinars. Providing guests with information about the webinar, and the guest speakers while providing a structure that guides the flow of the webinars.
Post webinar communication, included the editing and the posting of the speakers videos making them available to be watched on demand.
The reception of the webinars was resounding, helping to connect professionals and doctors from around the world to share insights, learnings, or scientific content aimed at the betterment of humanity.

Only Happiness Thirty Seven provided our clients with animated and still key visuals adapted for social media to drive registration. Along with organizing and operating the 4 part webinar series, hosting top caliber doctors and medical experts from around the world to discuss, share learnings, and knowledge about the novel virus.

From graphic support, to the webpage design, guests were treated to engaging webinars focused on Cardiac biomarkers. Treating the event as a live show, OH37 organized and managed the event and speaker flow, along with the animated graphics.

Coagulation focused scientific webinars.
OH37 crafted a graphic interpretation that captures both the concept and the hidden danger behind coagulation. Animated in 3D the webinars visual identity uplifted and elevated the webinars image.

OH37 provided webinar operation services, backend support, speaker prep and animating the visual identity of the event.
